Chase Software Services: 35 Years of Enterprise Trust, Now Fueled by AI
ERP Integration Management and AI Implementation Consulting for Mid-Market Business
ERP Integration Management and AI Implementation Consulting for Mid-Market Business
Established in Atlanta, Georgia, Chase Software Services has spent four decades building a foundation of trust and technical excellence with major corporations including Coca-Cola, Sprint PCS, and Harley-Davidson. We have managed complex ERP implementations and integrations across SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, PeopleSoft, NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and JD Edwards — from initial requirements through cutover and support.
Today we focus on two services where that depth of experience creates the most value for mid-market clients: ERP integration and migration project management, and AI implementation consulting for finance and operations teams.
Currently serving as ERP Integration Manager for a FinTech company evaluating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and Sage Intacct integrations.
Our mission is straightforward: bring Fortune 1000-grade project management discipline to mid-market ERP and AI engagements, without the overhead of a large consulting firm. We work closely with CFOs, COOs, and IT leaders to manage complexity, de-risk implementations, and deliver projects that stay on time and on budget.
We have managed projects ranging from $20,000 to over $11 million. We know what goes wrong in ERP migrations and AI deployments — and we know how to prevent it.

ERP Integration & Migration Management
Microsoft Dynamics GP support ends December 31, 2029. If your migration to Business Central isn't planned, it's already late. Thousands of mid-market manufacturers, distributors, and professional services firms are evaluating that move right now — and most don't have the internal resources to manage it.
Chase Software Services manages the full ERP integration and migration lifecycle: requirements and RFP development, vendor selection, SOW negotiation, architecture review, implementation management, testing, and cutover. We bring the same structured project management discipline we applied at Coca-Cola, Sprint PCS, and SMUD to your mid-market engagement — without the Big Four billing rate.

What sets us apart: Most ERP migration consultants are platform specialists. We are project managers and architects who have worked across many of the major ERP platform since 1986. We know where migrations fail — budget overruns, scope creep, integration gaps, data conversion errors, post-cutover support breakdowns — because we have seen all of it and know how to prevent it.
